I grew up on computers. My brothers had close to 10 years on me so I had the advantage of their teenage years influencing me quite a bit before even getting to adolescence. A big part of that was the computer my brother built and me learning enough C-DOS on it that I could play all his rad video games. Dune, X-Wing, Warlords, Privateer, and me figuring out how to access them is how I became comfortable moving around computer terminals. As time passed my obsession became music and guitar. That led me to Musicians Institute in L.A. and then to Berklee College of Music in Boston. I played guitar professionally for over 10 years and built a recording studio. It's then in the studio that I was back in front of a computer regularly and realized how much I enjoyed it. Moving data and organizing it, figuring out how to make a buggy audio plug-in work better, even small stuff like knowing all the hot keys became my favorite thing to do. I applied to Nashville Software School and 6 months later was excited more then ever to put my new program language and computer know how to the test. With a solid foundation in JavaScript, React, C#.NET, and Python I'm excited to see what projects I can contribute to.
